Time Line:
NOA 1- Aug 4,2016
After sending your packet you have to wait at least 7-10business days for them to receive it and notify you. There are 2 ways to send your packet to USCIS
- Via USPS or regular mail, using this you can send your packet at: USCIS P.O. Box 66151 Dallas, TX 75266
- For USPS express mail and other courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) send it to: USCIS Attn: I-129F 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 4000 Lewisville, TX 75067
If you can track it that would be better so you would know where your packet is at. After sending it and if you see that it has been received by USCIS wait for at least 1-2 days to get an update. If you have filled a G-1145 E-notification form you should be able to receive either a text message or email notifying you about them receiving your packet, this is your NOA 1 as this also and should contain your case number.
If after 2 weeks from receipt you still did not get notified dig in further through your junk mail as you might have not noticed it being there, or contact USCIS at: 1800-375-5283. After receiving your soft copy of the notification wait 9-10 business days for you to receive your hard copy of the notification.

I track mine every other 10 days from notification if you want to track it every day it is up to you.
